When creating an account through the members area, this site collects your email address and a username. Depending on the features you use, we may also process your preferred language, session cookies, tournament participation, and the OTP codes sent for account verification or account deletion. These data are used for authentication, account management, tournament operations, security and, where relevant, transactional emails. No payment data is collected.

A functional cookie named "preferred-language" stores your language preference. Session cookies are set by our authentication provider to maintain your login session when authenticated. Vercel Analytics uses anonymised data and does not rely on cookies. Vercel Speed Insights collects aggregated, anonymised performance metrics. These strictly necessary or anonymised processing activities do not require explicit consent.

• Google Search Console (Google LLC): aggregated data on the site's performance in Google search results. No personally identifiable data is transmitted.

• Social media links (Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, TikTok) redirect to third-party sites whose data policies we do not control.

In accordance with Moroccan Law 09-08 on the protection of personal data, you have the right to access, correct, erase, object to, restrict and, where applicable, port your personal data. This policy may be updated at any time. The date of the last change is shown at the top of the page.

Your account data (email, username, and any public profile information) is retained for as long as your account remains active. Technical and security logs are retained only for the limited period needed to operate the service. Deletion OTP codes expire after 10 minutes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

Your data may be transferred to and stored on servers located outside Morocco, including in the United States and Singapore, depending on the providers involved (hosting, analytics, email and database). These transfers are governed by the security safeguards provided by those providers and, where required, appropriate contractual mechanisms.
